GLENN CASEY
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
"Glenn Casey has over 35 years of Program Management and Contracts Administration expertise in the Defense, Technology and Energy sectors. Including lead Negotiator on over $75B of “Fortune 100” contracts and 65 Army, Air Force and Navy contracts worth over $5B. Glenn has had senior level program management of: US Navy Trident Submarine Class ASMSD (Advanced Sonar Mine Sweeping Device) program, AMRAM, ADAD, HARM and ALARM missile programs, Heads Up Display for the V-22 Osprey, C-17 and F-18, Full responsibility for 45 Nuclear Power Plants (HJTC Probes), contracted Grumman A6-E and F14D, contracted Lockheed B-2 Stealth Bomber development. He directed 16 CIO's and 1,200 technologists globally. Glenn earned a B.A. Degree in Economics from Harvard University, as well as a M.A. in Political Science (pending thesis) from Harvard University."

"Don McGrath is a retired Infantry Officer with service in deployable combat units across the United States, Korea, and Europe during the height of the Cold War. During the first Gulf War, he served in the Pentagon as Press Secretary and spokesman for the Army Chief of Staff. After retiring, Don held SVP positions leading executive teams at Textron, Rockwell, BASF and as a Corporate Officer and SVP at Eaton Corporation. Don earned a B.S. degree in Engineering from The U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a M.S. from Clarion University."

SEAN CASEY
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

"Sean Casey is a Senior Autonomous Systems Engineer and defense technologist with over 8 years of experience leading unclassified UAS and AAM research programs for the Department of Defense (DoD). As Principal Investigator and Program Manager, he has overseen more than $6.3 million in federally funded R&D, resulting in multiple patents, publications, and fielded innovations. Most recently, Sean served as Senior Applications Engineer at Doodle Labs, leading integrations of Mesh Rider radios for Programs of Record including the Army SRR/MRR and Anduril Bolt. He captured over $4.5 million in DoD research grants and developed advanced mesh networking, anti-jamming, LPI/LPD and SATCOM failover systems—several tested in contested environments like Ukraine. Sean has advised senior leaders at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Army SMDC, and U.S. Space Force, particularly on hypersonics and UAS technologies. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University, teaching System Safety and Reliability Analysis (SSRA) at Tinker Air Force Base. He holds an M.S. in Space & Aviation (Summa Cum Laude) and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. Sean has authored 8+ publications, holds multiple U.S. patents, and has testified before Congress on advanced air mobility and national defense."


ANDREW NGUYEN
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
“Mr. Nguyen leads the software departments of Casey Corp Defense LLC. His role encompasses a large variety of programming, programmable logic controllers and software interfacing. Mr. Nguyen is fluent in 13+ programmable languages including C++, Linux-ATAK, Python, Java, JavaScript and Swift. Mr. Nguyen has experience as the Co-PI & Chief Software Architect of the Micro Computer Integrated Rifle (MCIR) on the USAF STTR Phase I and USAF STTR Phase II effort."


BRADY DAVIS
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
"With proven experience in aerospace consulting, Mr. Davis has served in project lead roles for over $5 million worth of projects. He has extensive experience working with state agencies, having served as an in-house consultant to the Florida Department of Transportation and the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission. In addition to his consulting background, Mr. Davis has held senior roles in strategic planning, financial analysis, and data analytics at a major U.S. airline. During his time in the commercial aviation sector, he led the allocation of over $2 billion in resources and generated more than $50 million in cost savings through rigorous financial analysis and effective project management. His work has supported enterprise-wide initiatives, optimized resource planning, and driven high-impact business decisions. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management with a Minor in Finance from Oklahoma State University."
